Monthly rental fee does not include sales tax, there is a one time administration fee due at move, no deposits are required, we accept MasterCard, VISA, Checks, Discover Card, Money orders and Cash for all payments; late fees start accruing on the 6th day of the month; no electricity is provided in the units; a 15 day vacate notice must be given to the office when vacating your unit. Access hours are 6 am till 10 pm 7 days a week. 24 hour access available on request.
